About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A mechanical engineering, assembly, or maintenance engineering background.
  • An engineering qualification, apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work accurately and efficiently to deadlines.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to support different areas of the business when required.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable

  • Experience working with industrial machinery, compressors, pumps, engines, or similar mechanical equipment.
  • A working knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Forklift truck experience or certification.

What's on Offer?

  • Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Opportunity to work with specialist engineering equipment and projects.
  • Stable and supportive working environment within a growing engineering business.

If you're a mechanically minded engineer looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
