Our experience was great. Previously we had always placed an advert on “Indeed” and we would call potential candidates directly.

Candidates would never seem to know who we are & would more often than not, either already have a job offer elsewhere, or not show up to interviews. This meant we were constantly scheduling numerous interviews before finding suitable candidates. 

When engaging with We Talent, it took all the hard work away from us. We provided a job description & a set of skills that we were looking for. Within a few days we were provided with candidates.
