WE Talent are supporting the recruitment of a Project Delivery Coordinator on behalf of our client, a growing and ambitious business delivering projects across the construction, civil engineering and renewable energy sectors.


This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated project professional to play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from initial award through to successful completion.


Working closely with operational teams, suppliers, clients and senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, schedules, documentation and communications to keep projects running smoothly and on programme.


This role would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of multiple projects at different stages of delivery.


In this role, you will:

• Coordinate project activities from initial handover through to final completion

• Assist with project planning, mobilisation and scheduling activities

• Ensure labour, materials, plant and equipment are available when required

• Liaise with site teams to support the day-to-day delivery of projects

• Monitor project progress and help identify potential risks, delays or resource issues

• Coordinate logistics, travel and accommodation requirements where necessary

• Work closely with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

• Maintain project records, documentation and compliance information

• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders

• Support project handover activities, completion documentation and continuous improvement reviews

• Help ensure effective communication between office-based teams and site personnel


Requirements


Essential

• Previous experience in a project coordination, project support or project delivery role

• Experience within construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy or a similar sector

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages


Desirable

• Experience supporting renewable energy, civil engineering or groundwork projects

• Knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning or operational coordination

• Experience using project management or CRM systems

• Understanding of site operations and Health & Safety documentation

The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing demands in a busy project environment. You will be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and committed to delivering a high standard of service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
