About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and able to use their own initiative.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Is comfortable working with data, reports, invoices, and confidential information.
  • Enjoys problem-solving and finding ways to improve processes and systems.

What's on Offer?

  • Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the Chelmsford office).
  • 18-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start available.
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Opportunity to gain broad exposure to HR processes and systems.
  • Competitive salary of £28,586 per annum.
